How do I store my soap after each use?
Your bar will last longer if you keep it dry after each use.
Store out of puddles on a soap dish.
How do I store my natural hair products?
Keep Mane Rhodes natural products in a cool place away from direct heat and sunlight. This will help the product last longer.
Can you keep hair products in the fridge?
Yes, but it’s not a must. It is my preference, however, as I like the coolness on my scalp and locks.
Can Mane Rhodes products be used by men and children?
Yes, we have products for men and all products are kid-safe.
Are all Mane Rhodes products handmade?
Yes, our products are all proudly handmade in South East Washington, DC. We are a "Made In DC" business.
Shipping
All orders are processed & shipped out within 3 to 5 business days. We offer pick up services.
Please understand that everything is handmade with love by the owner. We take our time and pride ourselves in quality over quantity.
During checkout, please triple check your shipping address. If your items are shipped to the wrong address because of your mistake, there is nothing we can do.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number attached. Please allow USPS at least 24 to 48 hours to update your tracking information.
If you are within your 5 business-day period, please refrain from emailing us about the status of your order as shipping times have been delayed by forces outside of our control.
Also, if your package says DELIVERED via USPS, we are not responsible if it was stolen or misplaced. Please file a claim with your local post office.
Refunds & Returns
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All merchandise sold by Mane Rhodes is sold without a guarantee. We cannot issue refunds for any reason. We at do not guarantee effective results for each customer due to the fact that each individual is different from the next. By making a purchase with us, you are confirming that you agree to our "no refunds" policy.
