This bar soap was formulated to utilize aromatherapy to allow for anxiety relief/release. Using the hot process soap making technique.  The quality butters and herb infused oils and essential oils to promote a sense of peace, harmony and even safety. It helps to remind me when I am triggered, that I am safe,  I am okay. Its soothing and comforting to the soul.
