Where are workshops held? I can conduct workshops either at your event location or at my workshop in Congress Heights, Washington, D.C. For workshops at my location, please let me know what date you want for your event, and I’ll inform you what times, if any, are available. For workshops at your private residence or event venue, please include the time of your event in the space for additional details in the form below. Also, please note that I currently only service locations in the Washington D.C. area, including Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware.

What can I expect during your workshops? Participants will engage in a 60-minute creative and therapeutic soap-making experience. They’ll learn to identify emotional triggers, develop coping strategies, and create personalized soaps while fostering mindfulness and connection with others. This enriching session promotes emotional wellness through hands-on activities and reflection.

How much do workshops cost? I will share the price of the workshop with you once we’ve discussed the particulars of your event. In general, however, workshop prices are calculated per person. Additionally, as the size of the group increases, I discount the price per person. I also have special rates for senior citizens.

Can I customize the workshop to my specific needs? I’m always open to listening to your ideas for your event, and I generally remain flexible for celebration-type events. For some of my workshops, however, there is a preset curriculum that I follow. This is especially true of my specialty workshops, where dealing with emotional trauma requires that we proceed with a certain amount of care.

Do we need to provide any equipment or supplies? Yes. We ask that the host provide tables, chairs, and access to extension cords for any presentation equipment that may be used.
